Sara Callow

Communications Coordinator

Sara is a freelance photographer based in Bali, Indonesia. Her work comprises of a combination of documentary, conceptual and lifestyle photography. She is dedicated to using photography as a platform for global education and is currently working on a project that will support fellow documentary photographers through collaboration. Sara joins the Foundry team in 2016 after her role as on-the-ground event manager of the 2015 workshop in Bali.


G. Morty Ortega

Workshop Producer & Social Media Director

Morty is a freelance visual journalist and writer based in Dallas, Texas. Originally from Chile and raised in the United States, he has worked as a photographer, teaching assistant, web designer, and communications director in the USA, Chile and Mexico. He has worked with Foundry since the first workshop in Mexico City, 2008.

Tiffany L. Clark

Technical Support

Tiffany is a New York-based freelance photographer, originally from St. Paul, Minnesota. She graduated from the Documentary Photography and Photojournalism Program at the International Center of Photography in NY in 2007. Tiffany is currently working for amNY Newspaper and other publications in the city, managing ICP’s Digital Media Lab, teaching, as well as shooting social events and working on her own personal documentary stories.

Beverly Pecoraro

Financial Officer

Beverly Pecoraro is a teacher at the Walden School of Liberal Arts in Provo, Utah. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from BYU and a Master’s degree in Teaching from Western Washington University. She has taught a variety of subjects including U.S. History, Sociology, Italian, Model UN, Fashion, and Documentary Arts. Her spare time is filled with travel, friends, yoga, music, concerts, films, volunteering at the Sundance Film Festival, good books, and anything outdoors–snowboarding, camping, and hiking.

Hi, I’m Jen. Currently, I am working as a teacher and administrator in public education. Before changing careers, I worked in marketing and public relations.
