To me, It is very pleasant experience to see and read about the workshops of FPW. That is in fact a great and noble cause to arrange professional workshops for photojournalists, specially for those living in developing countries. Certainly by this way FPW is arranging trainings for those photographer who have less or least opportunities for professional trainings. I can understand that in a country like mine where you have almost zero level of professional trainings in photography how much one can seek and feel the desire to have such an opportunity.
I would like to introduce myself: My name is Aown Ali, I am living in Lahore, Pakistan and working as photojournalist and investigative reporter with weekly magazine Hum Shehri. This is a widely circulated weekly magazine in URDU language which is the national language of Pakistan. I am also working with http://www.orientalarchitecture.com, a web portal of architectural heritage of Asia. I have contributed this from Lahore and from Kabul, Afghanistan. My work can be viewed at http://www.orientalarchitecture.com/pakistan/laho...
Here I want to request you and FPW to arrange a workshop in Pakistan, particularly in Lahore because here we have a large community of photographers who want to enhance their now how about the photography and polish the talent but it is so sad that we have not such an institution here. I am pretty hopeful that a workshop by FPW would be very beneficent for photographers here.

Best Wishes
