Photography is about many things. We must remember that we are all storytellers- that's what we do- we tell stories, we go into and out of peoples lives. Photography is about dance , magic and light ...but to photograph conflicts, famines, and deaths, we have to show that light on the darkness and to do it with both eyes wide open . We will explore the light, the inner and the outer, and the camera as a instrument of detection. Once we understand that, we become free and the World is open to our eyes ...we are the messengers ..."Go, ye swift messengers, to a nation scattered and peeled, to a people terrible from their beginning hitherto, a nation meted out and trodden down."
